The OA Kid’s Story: A Story Book Explaining Esophageal Atresia for Children

Professor Usha Krishnan, Director of Motility Services and Oesophageal Atresia Clinic at Sydney Children’s Hospital and member of the EAT medical advisory board published a child-friendly book explaining esophageal atresia.

The book is aimed at the 7 to 12 year age group. In the book a group of superheroes takes the child and their family on a trip around Mediland (the human body), explaining every aspect of the disease in child-friendly terms.

The OA Kid’s Story came to life with the help of philanthropic funding and the MEDIKIDZ publication group. It is available as a free ebook download and was even published with a limited number of physical hard copies.
