TOFS Adult Seminar Saturday 16 June, Central London

25 April 2018

Our Adult TOF session at the 2017 conference reinforced the need for support and information for the Adult TOF community, and in response to this, we are planning a dedicated seminar to focus on specific issues of interest to Adult TOFs.

No lunch will be provided, however there are several cafes nearby.

The whole event will be in English.

Our three principal speakers all take an active interest in the treatment of Adult TOFs:

There will also be a short presentation from Psychologist Dr Vuokko Wallace, herself a TOF Adult, some pre-prepared contributions from several other TOF adults, and much opportunity for discussion.

Getting there – very easy

The venue is:  Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, Kings Cross, London NW1 2BJ.

This is directly opposite Euston Station and a short walk (400 metres) from Kings Cross and St Pancras mainline railway stations.  These three stations are the arrival points for trains from much of the UK Midlands and North, as well as Brussels and Paris.  The other major London mainline stations are just one direct underground journey away.

For those who might travel by air, there are direct trains from both Gatwick and Luton airports to St Pancras.  The Piccadilly underground line goes all the way from Kings Cross to Heathrow airport.

We do not recommend driving to this location – though there is parking available at significant cost at Euston Station.  There are some disabled parking spaces next to the building, but sadly, none are bookable.

The building is accessible from street level.

Some people may wish to stay in London for a night. There are many hotels, in the neighbourhood. In addition to several upscale offerings, and many small independent hotels, there are several Premier Inns and Travelodge hotels close to the venue.
